Hidden Lakes is made up of ten villages with over 5,000 residents and 1,775 homes. There is a Master Home Owner’s Association for ALL of Hidden Lakes and additional sub-associations for Idlewood and Woodlands I.

The Master HOA is made up of board members who do not live locally. Since the Master HOA is still under developer control, not homeowner control, our management company – Premier Communities Management – is currently contracted for property management services to the Master HOA plus Woodlands I and Woodlands IV. An additional management company – SBB Management – currently handles Idlewood.

Woodlands I and Idlewood are gated sub-associations and are already under homeowner control with residents forming each village’s Board of Directors.

Although gated, Woodlands IV is under the Master HOA which means Premier handles their management. Woodlands IV has no homeowner Board of Directors.
