Keller Town Center

Keller Town Center is located in a park-like setting of lakes, walking paths, and open green space. Town Center’s infrastructure was created through a public-private partnership between the City of Keller and TriWest Enterprises. Through the partnership, the Keller Town Hall, Town Hall Plaza, Keller Pointe, and the Keller Independent School District Natatorium will all be incorporated with private businesses and homes in the form of detached villas, luxury apartments, ground floor retail with office lofts above, and restaurants. The Keller Independent School District (KISD) spends and average of $4,129 per student with about 18 students per teacher in Keller.

This forward-looking city is also going high tech. Keller was the first city in the county to receive Verizon’s new Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) technology, which is at least three-times faster than broadband technology, and FIOS TV, the first video television service delivered to homes over fiber.

Residents seeking to enjoy the outdoors can visit any number of the seven parks and 13 miles of hike and bike trails that meander throughout the city. The Keller Pointe, and aquatic and recreation center features indoor and outdoor pools, fitness facilities, and meeting rooms.

The city is part of the Keller Independent School District, which has three high schools, four intermediate schools, four middle schools, and fifteen elementary schools, serving more than 25,000 students.
